We reconcile every bank, card, and loan account, fix miscategorized and missing transactions, tie opening balances to your last tax return, and deliver a clean P&L and balance sheet for every month caught up.
Ongoing
Monthly Bookkeeping
Every account reconciled and every transaction categorized each month, a CPA sign-off on the close, and a P&L and balance sheet by the 15th, plus a year-end package for your tax preparer.

Payroll administration
We run payroll through Gusto, keep employee setup current, and record payroll correctly in your books. You approve every payroll before it runs.
Bill pay (AP)
We enter vendor bills, schedule payments for your approval, and keep vendors paid on time without you chasing paperwork.
Sales tax filing
We prepare and file your sales tax returns on schedule, based on the sales recorded in your books.
Tax prep coordination
We hand your clean books to a trusted tax partner and coordinate the return, so your bookkeeping and taxes stay in one place.
What we don't do
We're a bookkeeping firm. We don't perform audits, reviews, or compilations, and we don't prepare tax returns in-house. If you need those, we'll coordinate with your CPA firm or tax preparer.
