Do you work with businesses outside your area?
Yes. We're 100% virtual and work with small businesses across the U.S. through QuickBooks Online, a secure document portal, and video calls.
Do I need to switch software?
Most clients are on QuickBooks Online. If you're on Desktop, spreadsheets, or nothing at all, we'll move you to QuickBooks Online as part of onboarding.
How much does a cleanup cost?
It depends on how many months are behind and how many accounts you have. Most projects run $150–$350 per month behind, with a $750 minimum. You get a fixed quote before any work starts.
Do you do taxes?
Our focus is bookkeeping. Clean books make tax time faster and cheaper. We work alongside your tax preparer, or we can coordinate tax prep through trusted partners.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly bookkeeping is month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Is my data secure?
We work in your QuickBooks file through accountant access and collect documents through an encrypted portal, never email attachments. A CPA checks the work on every file.
